25 Things

Wednesday, February 4, 2009

I haven't blogged in forever. I've had good intentions, I just haven't made it happen.
This note has been going around Facebook for awhile now, and I finally caved in and created my own list of "25 Things."
I figured I would post it as a new beginning to blogging consistently!

1. I never do things like this, but have really enjoyed reading other's lists

2. I am saved by grace...God's provision in my life has been evident

3. I get instant canker sores from pineapple but love it so much that I eat it anyway

4. My house caught on fire when I was a junior in high school and we had to live in a hotel by Chandler Fashion Center

5. I've recently taken up kickboxing and pilates....kickboxing makes me feel like an idiot, and pilates makes me feel weak

6. Even though I look 12, I really did graduate from ASU...I look forward to the day I look old enough to be married

7. I miss my high school girls a lot

8. I could eat bean and cheese burritos every single day of my life, and that is no exaggeration

9. I am a creative person, but have had a hard time finding the right outlet

10. Organization makes me happy

11. I love my family so much, and really enjoy hanging out with them

12. I took Spanish in middle school, high school, and college but haven't used it enough. I want to start taking classes again. I really love the language

13. Being a speech-language pathologist was the right career choice for me

14. I love bargain shopping. It makes me feel accomplished

15. I have less teeth in my mouth than people are supposed to have. I've had 13 teeth pulled because my mouth is too small :)

16. This is my favorite number.

17. I have fear issues. I'm working on it

18. I am addicted to Diet Coke. I love it and have no desire to give it up

19. One of my biggest regrets is quitting piano. I really want to start again

20. Andrew can make me laugh even when I'm mad at him. He always says, "You can't be mad if you smile." I beg to differ

21. I want to run the P.F. Changs 1/2 marathon next year

22. "Cold Tangerines" is a book I always go back to....it never gets old

23. Africa was amazing, and I want to go back

24. I applied to graduate school and am waiting to hear where I get accepted. I'm excited to see what happens

25. I can't wait to have a house so that we can have dogs! I want big, furry ones!
